You are correct that it would encourage some to stay in school. In addition to that it would help quell complaints along the line of why they are not studying topics about black people.
The main problem happens when black kids at other schools get bullied and made fun of for not switching schools. This is what will happen at some point I believe.
A place to vent your frustrations, or to post your supportive messages regarding the Toronto District School Board's new plan: to reintroduce all-black schools.
